Today’s Webtoon (오늘의 웹툰) is a 2022 Korean Coming-of-age Drama based on a Japanese Manga named Juhan Shuttai! by Naoko Matsuda. The series features Kim Se-jeong, Choi Daniel and Nam Yoon-su in leading roles. The series runs for 16 episodes and Today’s Webtoon Episode 16 has a runtime of 62 minutes.

In Today’s Webtoon Episode 16, things have sorted out for the webtoon team but all of them are worried about Artist Baek who has not regained consciousness yet after his surgery. Ma-eum and Shin Dae-ryuk are the most shocked people as they experience something like this for the first time. Dae-ryuk wanted to thank Baek for believing in him and giving him a chance to learn from him but he fears if he will get a chance to do so.

The webtoon team had held another contest and the results are out. Both Ma-eum and Kwon PD have eyes on the same artist and when Kwon PD claims the artist first, Ma-eum calls it unfair. To resolve the conflict, Man-chul asks them to make a proposal and then decide what is beneficial for the artist. Man-chul is always there for his team and he has one more thing to take care of. He talks to the CEO to not take action on Jun-yeong but she declares that the informant on Heo was anonymous and they don’t know who it is.
The artist that Ma-eum and Kwon have been fighting over turns out to be Gu Seul-ah who had worked with them before. Last time, she had to leave Ma-eum and go to Kwon PD and to make up for it, she wants to work with Ma-eum this time. Ma-eum is not as professional as Kwon yet but Seul-ah still chooses her. Ma-eum knows Kwon’s ability and thinks of what is good for the artist. She requests Kwon to work with her. Kwon is now promoted to deputy editor and is happy to take the responsibilty.

Artist Baek gains consciousness and the webtoon team finally relaxes. Ma-eum’s sister interviews the webtoon artists and Dae-ryuk has changed his look. Nu-ri has been helping Ma-eum as they work in the same field. Everything else is perfect but there is still regret in Ma-eum’s heart that she finally resolves. She meets her friend whom she hurt while playing Judo and was the reason she left Judo. She was so happy that she asked Jun-yeong to have a drink with her and that’s when he confessed his feelings to her.
Today’s Webtoon Episode 16 Ending
Ma-eum hasn’t answered Jun-yeong yet and Jun-yeong is persuading her confidently now. All the efforts put in by the webtoon team have finally come to fruition. The CEO of NEON offers the webtoon team an office at the headquarters. Man-chul had dreamed to get their team to the headquarter three years ago. Moving there means the team is successful and it has finally come true. The team move out of their old office and walk towards a brighter future with dreams.

Today’s Webtoon Episode 16 ended everything that still needed closure. One is not always lucky but he surely is. That’s what the webtoon team experienced. After a series of unfortunate events and failures, the team finally succeeded. The team developed a bond and camaraderie in the process and that is also a reward. If one can dream, one can achieve it and Jang Man-chul proved it. The best leader who created a loyal team for himself.
